PR director racist tweet, An American public relations consultant for a media company has sparked outrage on social media sites on Saturday after tweeting that she would not contract AIDS because she is white.
Justine Sacco tweeted on Friday: "Going to Africa, hope I don't get AIDS. Just kidding, I'm white".
Sacco is head of public relations for InterActiveCorp (IAC). IAC is the parent company for Vimeo, OkCupid, Tinder, CollegeHumor, match.com and Dictionary.com among many others.
IAC has condemned the tweet and since distanced itself.
The hashtag "#HasJustineLandedYet" has been trending on social media site Twitter as people tracked her flight from London's Heathrow Airport to the Cape Town International Airport.
